Key Responsibility
  • Answer the phone calls and respond to the customer requests.
  • Will be responsible for Inbound / Outbound customer calls.
  • Ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Ability to serve customers politely at all the times.
  • Resolving the customer queries.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Should be a Committed, self-starter and result oriented.
  • Follow the work ethics & should be a team player.
  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Should apply Analytical & Logical skills.
Desired Profile
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Should have a minimum of six months experience in Voice-process.
  • Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
  • Passionate to speak with US / UK customers.
  • Building a rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in MS-Office & surfing the internet.
  • Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
  • Ability to serve customers politely at all times.
  • Age criteria: Restricted up to 35 years.
  • Willing to work in Night shifts (US / UK time zone).
